**NEW: we are no longer accepting refunds on any items purchased through Swanky Vine Company. We will only be issuing STORE CREDIT. Starting 1/1/21. Thank you!**



We do not offer returns or refunds on any handmade, made to order, or custom items unless the item is damaged. If the item you received is damaged, please email OR text us at 972-532-1217 with your order number within 24-48 hours of receiving your item to be eligible to receive store credit ONLY.


Non-refundable & not eligible for store credit:

Poppie Toys, Minikane Dolls, Miniland Dolls, & Gift Cards

ANY items that have been marked down 15% or more are not eligible for a refund OR store credit. 


Pre-Order Items: If your item is outside of the turn around time listed when ordering, you can email us with the order number as the subject line and we will issue store credit for a future order. Please allow 24-72 hours for a response and your unique code to be available for use. 

Don’t love your item and it doesn’t fall under the categories from above? We will gladly accept your return, as long as it follows the eligible guidelines, in exchange for store credit ONLY. You must contact us at within 10 days of receiving your package and the item must be unworn and unused.


Store Credit:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or store credit. Swanky Vine Company has the right to refuse a refund if the item has signs of wear, misuse, or damage that was not disclosed. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 7-10 business days for this process to go through. If you are receiving store credit your unique code will be distributed within 24-48 hours of approval for use.


Exchange Policy:

We are not excepting exchanges on any items at this time.  


Cancellation Policy:

You must email within 24 hours of ordering to cancel your order.



Retail Shipping Information: 

Due to the high volume of orders, we have some shipping changes. 

• ALL ready to ship items will ship in 1-4 business days. 

• ALL made to order, handmade, or custom items will ship in 18-20 business days. 

Wholesale Shipping Information:

All orders will ship within 20-25 business days.
